Teachers play a crucial role in shaping moral values, thinking processes, and discipline of the younger generation, making them vital contributors to the nation-building process. They serve as sources of inspiration and have a profound impact on the future of both individual students and the nation as a whole. In the 21st century, with the rapid advancement of science and technology, science education has become a focal point in the school education system, aligning with the changing needs of society and the goal of holistic development outlined in the NEP 2020.
'The National Science Teachers workshops' aim to gather innovative, dedicated educators from across the country to promote experiential learning, emphasize key concepts, and encourage problem-solving skills. Participants will share teaching methodologies and innovations in activity-based learning. Panel discussions will cover various aspects of science education, including effective tools for comprehensive learning. The workshop also aims to leverage science education as a means for nation-building through Science, Technology, and Innovation, culminating in a report based on discussions and dissertations.
